
Thanks
to their 2012 Target Corporation Grant, Freese Elementary Arts and
Culture Magnet school was able to purchase more than 600 hundred new
books for its school library. The purchase came just in time for the new
school year. The new books replaced old, worn and torn books, as well
as enhance the school’s non-fiction collection of books. Freese students
are already excitedly checking out books from the new collection.
Freese’s
$100,000 Target Corporation grant was awarded during the 2012-13 school
year and is being used to buy books and support its Arts and Culture
