Heisman Trophy Winner Visits Johnson Magnet
The winner of the 2010 Heisman Trophy, Cam Newton of Auburn, recently visited Johnson Elementary STEM School, as part of an assembly put on by the George Whitfield Dream Big Tour. Whitfield, known as a "quarterback guru" who counsels college and pro football players, brought his positive message and four quarterbacks to the school. Johnson students had the opportunity to meet the quarterbacks in small groups and talk with them about their dreams and hard work.
