La
Jolla High's Lilly Grossman has had a life filled with what some would
call disabilities, but she recently completed a video with her school
pals that earned her a visit to the White House and has been featured in
the Los Angeles Times, National Geographic Magazine and UT San Diego.She was one of 60 filmmakers invited to the White House, with her video winning an honorable mention.
At La Jolla High, she's organized a Day in a Chair on March 24 and will be training students to use Med-Sleds, an emergency evacuation and transportation device.
