Students from Crawford CHAMPs Health Essentials classes recently visited Mesa Community College.Mesa College offers six Allied Health programs and CHAMPs students were able to sit in on dental and medical assisting courses, observe a technician drawing blood, and speak with the Director of Animal Health Technology. The high school students got a peek at a day in the life of a college student pursuing an education in health.
CHAMPs Healthcare Essentials courses fulfill subject matter requirements at Mesa College. This means students earn the required credits to graduate from college much more quickly.
