Back-to-School Events

The first day of the 2009-2010 school year is Tuesday, September 8. The district is co-sponsoring two Back-to-School events to help students and families get ready for the new school year:

• Back-2-School Resource Fair & Enrollment Event will be held from 3:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, August 20, at Farb Middle School. The event, co-sponsored by San Diego Unified and the Navy School Liaison Program, is intended as a “one stop shop” for families new to the area. • 6th Annual New Everybody Recommitting to Academic Achievement (ERAA) Conference will be held on Saturday, August 22, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Lincoln High School. For more information, contact Zoneice Jones, conference chair, at (619) 264-6870.
