Roosevelt Takes Regional "We the People" Constitutional Competition

Congratulations to the eighth graders at Roosevelt Middle School International Baccalaureate Magnet, co-winners of the "We the People Constitutional Debate" held at Grossmont College on Jan. 14. Roosevelt is one of only two schools in the county that won the regional competition. This is the first time that a San Diego Unified school has achieved this recognition.

Roosevelt is extremely proud of the students who took part in the competition and wishes them the best of luck as they continue to the Southern California Middle Schools "We the People Competition" this Saturday, Jan. 29, at University of California, Irvine.
