USO-sponsored Show Comes to District Schools

A touring company reaching out to students with parents in the military stopped at San Diego Unified recently.

The USO and the Trevor Romain Company have partnered to bring the "With You All the Way Tour" to schools with significant military populations around the world. 

On Jan.12-14, the tour came to Angier, Kumeyaay and Vista Grande elementary schools as well as De Portola,Wangenheim and Taft middle schools.

Romain is a storyteller who uses humor, video and music to appeal to children. His presentations focus on sensitive topics that include deployment, bullying and facing fears. Students and staff responded with much laughter and at times tears to the presentations.
