JROTC Welcomes New Cadet Leadership

Nine newly appointed JROTC cadets will lead more than 2,300 high school students enrolled in our district's JROTC program this year. The leadership team includes Kevin Huynh and Allen Tran, Scripps Ranch; Nicole Oldenburg, Kearny; Nicholas Rounds and Samantha Parks, Patrick Henry; D'Angelo Thomas, Serra; Jesse Ryan, Crawford; and Bryant To and Thinh Nguyen, Madison. These cadets are responsible for working with program managers in planning and conducting JROTC competitions, unit inspections, and setting guidelines and policies.
