Students from the Academy of Finance at San Diego High School of Business celebrated recently with their internship providers after completing 120 hour internships this summer. Each of the 30 participating students earned $1,200 at the end of the internship. Some of the 16 businesses involved included the Omni Hotel (site of the celebration), The Language Academy, R.H. Fleet Science Center, SD County Office of the Alternate Public Defender, and the district's Fiscal and Materials Control Department.
