IN THE NEWS: A 'Behind the Scenes' Look at School Cafeteria Food

"I recently traded in my Anchormom garb, for a hairnet and apron and turned lunch lady for an afternoon at Scripps Ranch High School.  And what I found was a far cry from the mystery meat sandwiches I smelled before eating in my school cafeteria. Salad bars, "Wok and Bowl" Asian buffets, Mexican food carts and food fresh off an outdoor grill were all on the menu. I couldn't believe my un-botoxed eyes."
