Mira Mesa High Culinary Arts Students Get to Work

Mira Mesa High School Culinary Arts students recently spent a day at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, shadowing the club’s employees. The eight students worked in various positions with chefs, hostesses, front desk staff and human resources staff. The day gave the students an opportunity to see the inside operations of one of San Diego’s most exclusive facilities.
