2010-11 JROTC Joint Brigade Commander

Scripps Ranch High student Kevin Huynh has won selection as Joint Brigade Commander for the district’s Junior ROTC program for the next academic year. Kevin is a member of the Air Force ROTC program and will be responsible for nearly 2,000 cadets from across the district. He was one of six students to receive a leadership award at the National Military Order of World Wars 2010 American Leadership Youth Summit at Valley Forge, Pa.
