The talent of Hamilton Elementary student Ines Ramirez won her a scholarship to Balboa’s Junior Theater. Ines is a fourth grader, and one of two winners from San Diego to receive the scholarship through the Christian Rowley Memorial Scholarship Fund. The celebrated drama program is in its 62nd year, the oldest youth theatre program in the nation.
